The weather topped gate posts are high quality softwood and fully treated to prevent against rot.
Our four way weather topped posts are UC4 treated meaning a more in depth treatment, the timber is kiln dried initially to help the wood absorb the pressure treated preservative. This helps to have a higher resistance against rot.
